These Terms of Service govern your use of GardenGardenGarden, a seed catalog, favorites, and seed vault application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, interfere with operations, or violate these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful personal or internal garden-planning purposes. If you create an account for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse GardenGardenGarden, attempt to bypass access controls, probe or attack the service, overload our systems, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that violates the rights of another person or business.

Your content

You may save favorites, vault records, notes, uploaded or selected vault item images, alert preferences, and account details. You keep ownership of the information you add. You give us permission to store and process it so the app can provide the features you use.

Please do not add sensitive personal information to garden notes or vault records. You are responsible for the content you add and for making sure you have the rights needed to add it.

Our content and software

GardenGardenGarden, including the app design, code, branding, compiled catalog experience, and original text, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service, software, or brand.

Catalog information and outbound links

Catalog data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions should be confirmed with the provider before you buy. Outbound links may include referral links.

GardenGardenGarden does not sell seeds, plants, supplies, or other provider products on our site. Cart Builder may create provider checkout links that prefill carts with selected items and may include available discount or referral codes, but checkout happens on the provider's website. Final prices, availability, shipping, taxes, discounts, checkout terms, and order fulfillment are controlled by the provider.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, checkout flows, shipping, seed performance, germination results, provider policies, or provider availability. Your purchase from a provider is between you and that provider.

Gardening information

GardenGardenGarden may help you organize seed information, but it does not provide professional agricultural, horticultural, legal, financial, or safety advice. You are responsible for checking local rules, climate conditions, planting guidance, invasive species restrictions, and safe handling instructions.

Payments

ProProPro is a paid subscription. Payments, renewals, payment methods, and billing management are handled by Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal pages.

The checkout page or billing portal describes the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms that apply. Taxes may apply depending on your location. We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from account settings. Deletion removes your account and associated app data from active use, subject to records we must retain for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, creates legal exposure, or harms the service, other users, providers, or our operations.

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect catalog accuracy, or that the service will meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GardenGardenGarden and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or 10 US dollars.

Indemnity

If your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms causes a third-party claim, you agree to defend and hold GardenGardenGarden and its creator harmless from that claim to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where GardenGardenGarden is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Some jurisdictions give consumers rights that cannot be waived; these terms do not limit those rights.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the app or by email.
